Please read the following warranty, as it protects you as the buyer and gives you certain rights and responsibilities.
Under no circumstances will this kitten/cat or any of its offspring be donated, leased or sold to any pet store, research lab or facility. This kitten/cat will be kept indoors and not allowed to roam freely outside. If kitten/cat is found to be mistreated or neglected, purchaser agrees to surrender the kitten/cat to the seller forfeiting any refund of purchase price.
Warranty: It is the responsibility of lil-Buckaroos to deliver a clean, healthy, socialized kitten, free of disease, life-threatening defects, and internal or external parasites upon delivery.
When a kitten is shipped by air, a health certificate accompanies them. We assume NO responsibility for airline mishaps.
Lil-Buckaroos will also deliver upon the signing and return of this warranty, contract, and all applicable applications BREEDING RIGHTS if the kitten is sold for breeding or show. ALL kittens purchased as pet have to be neutered/spayed by 9 mths of age. When the certificate of Spay or nueter is given to the breeder you will then recieve TICA reg Papers.If the said kitten is not spayed or nuetered by 9 months of age the breeder has the right to take the cat back until either the buyer pays for spay or nueter within 7 days and the breeder takes the said cat to her vet ,or the cat becomes the property of the breeder Lilbuckaroos and there will be no refund to the buyer.
If kitten is bought for breeding you will recieve TICA papers at time of pick up or as soon as TICA sends them to me within 90 days of sale.
The responsibilities of the buyer are: to have your kitten examined by your veterinarian within 72 hours of sale. All veterinarian costs incured by the buyer are soly the responisbility of the buyer.
If he finds a life threatening disease have him notify me the Breeder immediately. We will refund the purchase price or replace the kitten with another one of the same sex, and breed of equal value as soon as one is available up to 12 mths..There must be a certified Veterinarian report given to the breeder to prove the disease within 7 days from time of purchase. Veterinarian fees, medicines, travel, shipping and any quarantine will be the buyer’s responsibility.We do NOT pay Veterinarian bills.
The guaranty on breeding stock that is in existence is that the animal has sufficient sexual organs to become breeding stock, to the best knowledge of breeder. But no warranty exists stated or implied to guaranty that the said animal will or can produce. The buyer accepts that such said animal is bought as is. Breeding stock may be inspected by purchaser and may be taken to the breeder’s vet for a vet check paid for by the purchaser before purchase, if the purchaser deems necessary to do so. If any animals are transferred from original purchaser to another buyer any and all warranties are null and void. Owner MUST contact us BEFORE selling or giving away SHOW/BREEDER REGISTERED cats from our cattery, unless sterilized first.
If kitten has life threatening illness due to genetics up until age ONE YEAR, we will replace the kitten with one of equal value as soon as one is available. Our vet must confirm the diagnosis. All transportation costs and vet fees are the responsibility of the owner. Cat MUST be returned to us to be replaced.
Due to studies done, the FIP vaccination can potentate actual FIP, therefore Seller does not guarantee health of kittens if they are vaccinated after going to new homes. Any proceedings regarding this contract must be brought in a court in the province of Manitoba,city of Winnipeg.
Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.Unless we can not supply you with the said kitten.
Breeder/Seller does not guarantee against treatable nuisances ( such as fungus, yeast,
internal parasites, Upper Respiratory Infection etc.) which are not life threatening and are
considered to be common to the agreed or can/could be brought on by stress. However,
Breeder/Seller would never knowingly place a kitten/cat with any of these conditions.
BY SIGNING THIS CONTRACT BUYER VERIFIES THAT HE/SHE HAD READ THIS CONTRACT AND
UNDERSTANDS ITS CONTENTS AND AGREES TO ABIDE BY ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN THIS
CONTRACT.
Any legal action which may arise under the terms of this contract will be brought in Winnipeg,
Manitoba, Canada. Buyer shall be liable for any court costs and related charges including
attorney’s fees associated with Breeder/Seller enforcing the terms of this contract. In signing
this document, Buyer acknowledges that he/she has read fully and understand and agrees to
ALL of the terms and conditions stared above. The laws of the Province of Manitoba shall be
controlling.
